As we expand our footprint in Indonesia, we are looking for a Partnerships & Business Development Executive to drive merchant acquisition, establish local partnerships, and grow HitPay’s presence in the market. This role is critical in scaling our business in Indonesia by identifying and executing high-impact growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Merchant Business Development

• Identify and acquire mid-market and enterprise merchants in Indonesia to onboard onto HitPay’s payment solutions.

• Engage with SMBs, e-commerce businesses, SaaS platforms, and marketplaces to drive direct sales and merchant sign-ups.

• Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy to position HitPay as the preferred payment solution for merchants.

Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystem Growth

• Build and manage partnerships with local banks, fintech companies, e-commerce platforms, PSPs, and payment aggregators to expand HitPay’s reach.

• Work with online platforms, marketplaces, and SaaS providers to integrate HitPay as a payment solution.

• Drive co-marketing initiatives with partners to generate demand and increase merchant adoption.

Market Expansion & Local Strategy

• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory developments in Indonesia’s payments landscape.

• Work closely with internal teams (Product, Compliance, and Marketing) to localize HitPay’s offerings and ensure seamless integration with local payment systems.

• Represent HitPay at industry events, fintech conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and establish connections.

What We’re Looking For:

🔹 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships, ideally in payments, fintech, e-commerce, or SaaS.

🔹 Strong understanding of Indonesia’s payment ecosystem, including local payment methods like QRIS, GoPay, OVO, Dana, and bank transfers.

🔹 Proven track record of merchant acquisition and strategic partnership development.

🔹 Ability to sell and communicate the value proposition of HitPay’s solutions to merchants, partners, and platforms.

🔹 Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.

🔹 Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to drive growth initiatives independently.

🔹 Experience working with PSPs, banks, e-commerce platforms, or SaaS providers is a plus.

🔹 Previous experience in a startup or high-growth environment is highly desirable.
