Cellebrite is searching for a Marketing Event Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is collaborative and detailed-oriented, self-starter capable of effectively driving all aspects of event management, including venue management, production coordination, hotel room blocks, vendor management, site inspections, and creative implementation.

Responsibilities: 

  • Own all aspects of event management from planning to execution for our large-scale events such as Sales Kick-Off as well as our flagship Customer Summit. This includes working heavily with cross-functional teams to create outcome driven experiences.
  • Work closely with executives, cross-functional leadership to ensure event strategy supports the broader company objectives.
  • Manage agency and vendor relationships for event production and execution.
  • Partner with the legal and finance teams to track contracts and expenses. Manage detailed budget for assigned events and adhere to all financial deadlines
  • Lead pre-event planning meetings, providing event support, preparing communications, coordinating event logistics, and conducting post-meeting assessment activities.
  • Ensure feedback loops are established to measure performance to identify areas for improvement. Use insights gained to optimize future events.
  • Support the development and adoption of best practices and high standards across assigned events; serve as a subject matter expert for internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience planning large-scale, high-visibility in-person events
  • Experience in planning, building, and managing event strategies and plans, coordinating projects with cross-functional team leads while being hands-on and doing tactical work.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving cross-functional collaboration across diverse sets of stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
  • Proven track record in performing well in a fast-paced environment with organizational skills to effectively and independently manage multiple projects.
  • Strong budget management and reporting experience including using research, data, and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of programs.
  • Experience negotiating with and managing external suppliers, agencies and venues and coordinating a wide range of services, including space allocation, traditional and digital signage, attendee flows, security, food & beverage, temp staff sourcing and management, transportation, giveaways, etc.
  • Must be eligible to travel domestically and internationally with stays up to a week, to attend highly strategic events, scout locations, or spot-check vendor execution.
  • Location: DC or Remote in US Eastern Standard Time Zone
  • Must be eligible to work in the US.
