Job Description
Basic Skills
-Handling end to end recruitment process.

 Sourcing suitable candidates for junior, middle & senior positions for different Clients through different sources, such as: Using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, headhunting etc.

 -Screening of resumes and short-listing the candidates as per the client’s requirements.

 -Conducting the preliminary interview over the phone to know their suitability

 -Understanding the client's requirement

-Study the job description thoroughly and understand it properly.
 
-Scheduling the interviews of the shortlisted candidates as per the convenience of the candidates and the clients
 
-Rigorously follow up with candidates until joining.
 
-Continually built a pipeline of high-quality candidates for current openings and upcoming requisitions.
 
-Mapping, Salary Negotiation.
• Generating references.
• Candidate Database management and tracking.
