Job Title: Physician Recruiter (1099 Commission-Based)

Job Type: 1099 Independent Contractor (Commission Only)

Position Overview: We are seeking a driven and self-motivated Physician Recruiter with at least 2 years of experience in recruitment or healthcare sales. This is a commission-based, independent contractor position, where you will have the flexibility to set your own hours, but you must deliver at least 1 appointment per month. This is not a typical recruitment role – you will be responsible for identifying, contacting, and setting up appointments with physicians and surgeons interested in transitioning to their own private practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment: Source and recruit physicians and surgeons who are interested in starting their own private practice rather than working for another healthcare facility.
  • Lead Generation: Actively network with potential candidates through various channels (social media, professional networks, referrals, etc.).
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings between prospective physician candidates and our team that will guide them through the process of setting up and managing a private practice.
  • Consultation Coordination: Ensure smooth coordination of consultations for potential candidates to discuss how they can establish and run their own practice, with comprehensive support on licensing, business operations, HR, insurance negotiations, and profitability.
  • Ongoing Communication: Maintain regular communication with potential recruits, providing information, answering questions, and addressing concerns to keep them engaged in the process.
  • Relationship Building: Build long-term relationships with recruits, helping them understand the benefits of transitioning into private practice.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, healthcare sales, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with medical professionals.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and meet goals.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to schedule and coordinate appointments efficiently.
  • Ability to understand and explain the value proposition of transitioning to a private practice model.
  • Prior experience or knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus, but not required.

Compensation:

  • 1099 Commission-Based Role: You will earn commission for each successful appointment you set up and for each recruited physician or surgeon who moves forward with transitioning into a private practice.
  • Earning Potential: Earnings are based solely on commission, with unlimited potential based on your performance.
  • Flexible Hours: You have the freedom to work on your own schedule, but you must deliver at least 1 appointment per month.
