Job Summary Price Benowitz LLP is expanding its Personal Injury Practice and seeking to hire skilled and motivated Personal Injury Paralegals to join our team in a fully remote capacity. This role focuses on assisting attorneys in ensuring the efficient and timely progression of personal injury cases through the pre-litigation process. While experience with cases in Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia is preferred, it is not required. While this position is fully remote, candidates located in the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone are strongly preferred to facilitate collaboration and ensure availability during standard business hours. Only candidates located in the U.S. will be considered.
Duties for this position include:
Drafting letters, motions, pleadings, and other forms of legal correspondence.
Preparing and organizing documentation required at different stages of litigation.
Coordinating with investigators to obtain evidence, including photos of scenes and witness statements.
Managing medical records, prior claims history, and case-related documentation.
Maintaining regular communication with clients, keeping them informed about case progress.
Preparing notice letters to Medicare/Medicaid and lienholders.
Assisting with discovery, including drafting discovery responses and requests.
Supporting attorneys with trial preparation and filing documents with courts.
Monitoring the status of settlements and helping draft closing statements.

Experience: Minimum of 4+ years of personal injury paralegal experience, preferably in a litigation-focused role.
Preferred Jurisdictional Knowledge: Familiarity with personal injury law and court systems in Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia is a plus but not required.
Location: Fully remote position with a preference for candidates in the EST time zone. Candidates must be located in the U.S. to be considered.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and legal case management software.
Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Team Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with attorneys and other team members remotely.
Communication: Excellent research, oral, and written communication skills.
Language Skills: Spanish language proficiency is a plus but not required.
