We connect patients with groundbreaking clinical trials, helping researchers find the right participants for their studies. We’re looking for a Patient Screening Specialist to efficiently screen, schedule, and guide patients through the process with professionalism and empathy. Your Role:

  • Phone Screening & Follow-up: Conduct phone screenings to assess eligibility and follow up through multiple channels (phone, email, text) to maximize successful contact.
  • Appointment Scheduling & Reminders: Coordinate and confirm appointments to ensure a high attendance rate at clinical screenings.
  • Guide & Support Patients: Clearly explain study details, answer questions, and ensure patients feel informed and comfortable moving forward.

This Position Is Ideal For You If You:

  • Excel in Communication: Have exceptional English fluency, a neutral or minimal accent, and outstanding listening skills.
  • Have a Medical or Clinical Background: Understand medical terminology and have experience in a healthcare setting (nursing, clinical research, patient coordination, etc.).
  • Are Highly Organized & Detail-Oriented: Can manage multiple patients, appointments, and follow-ups with precision.
  • Thrive in a Fast-Paced, Remote Role: Stay focused, persistent, and adaptable while working independently.
  • Are Data-Driven: Track key performance metrics and continuously improve screening efficiency.
  • Embrace Flexibility and Innovation: Adapt to a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment and solve problems creatively in a regulated industry.
  • Bonus: Spanish fluency is a plus!
