Role Overview
The Business Architect will align CAA’s business strategy with its operational processes, workflows, and tools to ensure optimal performance. This role identifies, documents, and implements improvements in business processes, develops and maintains the business architecture framework, and works collaboratively across various departments. In addition, this role leads the capture of business requirements for the development of future IT systems, considering the complex nature of packaging legislation requirements. By creating and managing roadmaps for business initiatives and supporting change management efforts, the Business Architect helps CAA achieve our operational goals and drive organizational efficiency. Overall, this role acts as a bridge between business strategy and operational execution.
Business Architect excels at creating structure, solving business problems, and engaging with stakeholders in a collaborative and fast-changing environment. In addition to being an excellent communicator, you must be able to shift between changing priorities as needed.
