BIT - Beam Institute of Technology (our Partner) is a tech education startup based in Berlin, Germany. Who are we looking for? 

Our sales team is growing and we are looking for a  Сurator Support Manager to join our awesome team.

Responsibilities:
  • Attendance Tracking: Maintain accurate records of student attendance and ensure timely updates.
  • Liaison Role: Serve as the primary point of contact between students, faculty, and administrative departments.
  • Information Dissemination: Distribute important announcements, schedule changes, and upcoming event details to all relevant parties.
  • Feedback Collection: Facilitate the collection of administrative feedback from students and staff to improve operational processes.
  • Event Coordination: Plan and organize non-academic events such as meetings, administrative workshops, and social gatherings.



Requirements
  • Office Software Proficiency: Expertise in tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Slack, Google Workspace, and similar productivity software.
  • IT Literacy: Basic technical skills to navigate office systems, troubleshoot common issues, and liaise with IT support when needed.
  • Familiarity with CRM Systems: Understanding of customer/ student relationship management platforms to streamline communications and administrative processes.
    Effective Communication: Ability to clearly convey information via emails, meetings, and announcements.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong capability to manage multiple administrative tasks, schedules, and documentation simultaneously.
  • Time Management: Proficiency in prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Attention to Detail: Precision in maintaining accurate records and ensuring data consistency.
  • Problem-Solving: Quick and proactive resolution of administrative issues and unexpected challenges.
