What is the role about?

We are looking for an experienced Workday Consultants to help ensure our clients are utilizing the best possible Workday solution specifically with Absence and Time Tracking experience. Only experienced Workday consultants to apply please. As a Workday Absence and Time Tracking Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support in the configuration, implementation, and optimization of Workday Absence and Time Tracking modules. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into effective Workday solutions.

Designing and configuring Workday Absence and Time Tracking modules according to client specifications while adhering to best practices and ensuring system optimization.
Collaborating closely with clients to comprehend their business requirements, conducting workshops, and analyzing existing processes to propose effective solutions within the Workday framework.
Providing expert guidance and support on Workday functionalities, features, and capabilities pertaining to absence management and time tracking, ensuring clients maximize system potential.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate Absence and Time Tracking modules with other HR systems and processes, ensuring seamless operations and data flow; clear lines of communication and project alignment.
Conducting system testing, troubleshooting issues, and providing ongoing support to maintain the stability and functionality of Workday configurations and integrations.

As a VR consultant, you will have the flexibility to manage your own day, as long as you meet your set objectives and client demands. Often your team will be a mix of on-site and remote based members who will connect using IM, video calls and an online ticketing system. Good communication skills and time management is essential for this role.
