About the Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced DevOps/Infra Engineer to join our team and help build, maintain, and optimize our cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines. Our platform serves millions of users globally through mission-critical systems that require high availability and exceptional performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on automation, reliability, and operational excellence, understanding that every infrastructure decision directly impacts our users' experience and the business's success.

  • Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (primarily AWS and Terraform)
  • Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for reliable and frequent deployments
  • Implement and maintain monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions
  • Drive operational excellence through automation, documentation, and process improvement
  • Collaborate with development teams to improve system reliability and performance
  • Lead incident response and post-mortem analyses
  • Implement security best practices and maintain compliance requirements
  • Mentor team members on infrastructure and operational best practices
What you need to be successful
  • Good English communication, both verbal and written
  • 4+ years of experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering
  • Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and IaC (Terraform)
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash)
  • Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (ECS/ Kubernetes)
  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana)
  • Solid understanding of networking, security, and system administration
  • Track record of improving system reliability and operational efficiency
