What You'll Do:
Collaborate on the development of the overall people analytics strategy, aligning it with organizational goals and anticipating future needs.
Lead the identification and prioritization of key people analytics projects, ensuring they deliver measurable business impact.
Cultivate strong relationships with senior leaders and key stakeholders across the organization.
Partner with senior leadership to influence strategic decisions through data-driven insights and recommendations.
Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of advanced business intelligence solutions, including self-service dashboards and predictive models.
Drive the adoption of analytics tools, such as Visier, to gain deeper insights into workforce trends.
Oversee the partnership with the People team and organization to ensure needs are met, and that the team is providing value.
Present complex data insights in a clear and compelling manner, influencing decision-making at all levels.
Act as a trusted advisor on people analytics matters, providing strategic guidance and expertise.
What You'll Bring:
5+ years of progressive experience in people analytics or a related field, with a proven track record of leading successful analytics initiatives.
Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships and influence senior leadership
Advanced proficiency in BI/Analytics/Statistical modeling tools (Visier, OneModel, Workday Prism, Tableau, etc.).
Expertise in data visualization and storytelling.
Strong proficiency in SQL, and experience with Python (or R) for advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.

The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $124,400 USD - $166,400 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location.
