Responsibilities

  • Generate Leads: Proactively identify and engage institutional clients within APAC, leveraging your knowledge of the crypto and blockchain industry. Use a strategic mix of outreach methodsā€”email, cold calls, LinkedIn, and moreā€”to spark interest and open doors with key decision-makers.

  • Qualify Prospects: Conduct insightful discovery conversations to understand client needs, evaluate their fit for our staking solutions, and determine their readiness to engage further. As the first point of contact, youā€™ll set the tone for our brand and lay the foundation for successful client relationships.

  • Support Sales Growth: Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies, optimize lead generation efforts, and ensure smooth handoffs of qualified leads to account executives.

  • Track and Report: Maintain meticulous records of all activities in our CRM, providing regular updates on lead generation progress, pipeline health, and actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.

    Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, particularly in tech or finance in Japan market.

  • Proven track record of closing large deals (around $1 million+ USD).

  • Comfortable with competitive cold outreach to C-level executives and company founders, achieving successful outcomes.

  • Good to have if you're a fluent Mandarin speaker.

  • Deep understanding of blockchain market dynamics and underlying technologies.

  • Highly self-organized and disciplined.

  • Ability to maintain a high work tempo.
