Job Description

Our team is growing and we are actively looking to hire Claim Advisor, Auto.

To meet our customer’s needs, your work week will be Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm (Eastern Standard Time)

Accountabilities:

Review insurance policy and coverages
Investigate automobile claims (i.e.: impaired, unlisted operator or non-drivable) and determine coverage and liability
Settle claims in accordance with organization’s policies and practices.
Required to collaborate with the customer, service suppliers (i.e. towing, repair shops), other insurance companies and law enforcement

Qualifications:

Minimum high school education or equivalent
1 - 3 years handling automobile claims is required 
Knowledge in understanding and interpreting policies
Adjuster’s Licence for the province of New Brunswick or willing to obtain
Willing to complete a number of Chartered Insurance Professional courses (CIP) to hold the required Adjuster’s Licence
Commitment to providing outstanding customer service
Proficient keyboard skills and computer literacy

Bonus Qualifications:

Fluency in French is a strong asset
