Job Duties:

  • Responsible for creative development across all channels including TV, radio, print advertising, digital advertising, direct mail, email, website, SMS, and any other brand presentations
  • Establish ideas, stories, and messaging to connect with consumers and define the brand for relevant populations.
  • Develop and analyze consumer insights, market intelligence, target demographics mindsets, attitude, and behavior that will lead to strong empathetic and strategic execution.
  • Ensure consistency and coherence across all touchpoint for a unified brand experience.
  • Lead and provide strong leadership and guidance to the internal creative team, foster a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Manage external agency partners to create and curate strong, on-brand work.
  • Coordinate logistics, track budgets, reconcile expenses.
  • Develop and ensure that the brand voice is implemented and consistent across all channels.

What You Need:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication or related field.
  • Experience: 5-7 years of brand leadership experience in marketing with a focus on brand development.
  • Home Service industry experience is a plus!
  • Must be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite. Service Titan experience is a plus.
