Job Title: AML Workflow Specialist

Job Duties:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for Mantas/FCCM workflows.
Provide functional expertise in the design and implementation of Oracle Mantas/FCCM workflows.
Conduct gap analyses to assess discrepancies between regulatory expectations and existing systems/processes.
Partner with IT and compliance teams to enhance workflows and drive automation improvements.
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and suspicious activities using tools like SQL, Python, or other advanced analytics platforms.
Participate in detailed data workshops with the Bank and contribute to project planning initiatives.
Support system testing, including UAT and production implementations.
Troubleshoot functional issues and recommend improvements for continuous optimization.

Mandatory Skills:

AML (TM & KYC) Compliance Expertise with solid understanding of AML processes.
Functional proficiency in Oracle Mantas/OFSAA/FCCM workflows.
Experience with AML workflows and data analysis/profiling.
Technical expertise in T-SQL or PL/SQL.
Competency in Python or any advanced analytics platforms.
Minimum 7 years of experience in relevant roles.
