Responsibilities
  • Dive into clients’ credit reports, using your analytical skills to identify items eligible for dispute and develop strategic improvement plans
  • Craft compelling dispute letters to credit bureaus and creditors, advocating for our clients’ financial interests
  • Manage multi-channel client communications, including email and Instagram DMs, providing timely updates and expert guidance
  • Utilize your organizational prowess to maintain meticulous client records through efficient data entry
  • Contribute to the development and management of user-friendly client portals, enhancing our service delivery
  • Take charge of initiating the first round of disputes for new clients, setting the tone for their credit repair journey
  • Serve as a knowledgeable and approachable point of contact, educating clients on the intricacies of the credit repair process
  • Collaborate closely with the business owner to refine and optimize our credit repair strategies and processes
Requirements
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in simple terms
  • Strong proficiency in data entry and basic computer skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple client cases simultaneously while maintaining high-quality service
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, especially Instagram, and comfort in using them for professional communication
  • A natural talent for organization and a commitment to maintaining accurate, up-to-date records
  • Previous customer service experience is highly valued, particularly in financial services or related fields
  • Knowledge of credit repair processes and fair credit reporting laws is a significant plus, but we’re also eager to train the right candidate (Credit repair or debt management experience highly preferred)
  • A passion for financial literacy and a genuine desire to help others improve their financial situation
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while staying connected with the team
  • Flexibility to grow with the company and potentially take on additional hours and responsibilities as the business expands
