As we transition from services-based to a product-led company, we are expanding our design team. We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to support design needs across all product initiatives, ensuring seamless and intuitive user experiences for research respondents, customers, and internal stakeholders. We are looking to deepen the strength of our user experience deliverables, and you'll have the opportunity to help shape the creation of an organized, scalable team during this exciting growth phase. 

How You’ll Make an Impact: 

  • Lead design efforts across multiple product areas, including: 
    • Survey Creation Experience: Creating robust and complex survey creation tools for our market research customers.
    • Respondent Interfaces: Designing intuitive and engaging survey interfaces and account portal management for healthcare respondents.
    • Analytics & Visualizations: Crafting clear, impactful data visualizations and analytics tools for customer insights and internal administrators.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and internal stakeholders across a global team to translate business requirements into thoughtful design solutions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that align with user needs and business goals.
  • Ensure consistency and scalability of design components across the platform by contributing to and helping to maintain multiple design systems.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to refine and improve the user experience.
  • Advocate for best practices in accessibility, responsiveness, and modern UI/UX principles.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies, continuously enhancing our design capabilities.

What We’re Looking For: 

  • A self-starter with an ability to think strategically, creatively, and analytically about complex problems.
  • 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a healthcare, SaaS, or AI/ML-driven environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or other modern design tools.
  • Experience designing data visualization dashboards, survey experiences, or enterprise SaaS applications is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and user-centered design methodologies.
  • Proven ability to work in an agile development environment and collaborate with distributed teams.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to advocate for design solutions effectively.
  • Able to effectively collaborate with international teams across various time zones, including Europe, India, the Middle East, South America, and the United States.
  • Bonus points for experience in AI/ML-driven applications and a passion for innovation in healthcare technology.
