Work Set-up: Work from Home/Work from Office
Schedule: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM PH Time (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Nashville,Tennessee, US Time)
Salary: Php 80,000.00 – Php 100,000.00

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR UKG PRO WFM ADVANCED SCHEDULING SOLUTION CONSULTANT

Your Responsibilities as UKG PRO WFM Advanced Scheduling Solution Consultant would be:

• Collaborate with clients to analyze business requirements and design UKG PRO WFM Advanced Scheduling solutions.
• Lead the implementation and configuration of UKG PRO WFM, ensuring alignment with customer objectives.
• Provide technical guidance and support during system integration and deployment.
• Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to ensure seamless implementation.
• Train end-users and administrators on UKG PRO WFM functionalities, best practices, and system usage.
• Optimize workforce scheduling strategies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and industry regulations.
• Assist clients in data migration, system customization, and reporting functionalities.
• Provide ongoing post-implementation support and system enhancements.
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams, including IT, HR, and payroll, to ensure smooth system adoption.
• Stay updated with UKG software updates, new features, and industry trends to offer innovative solutions to clients.

Qualifications as UKG PRO WFM Advanced Scheduling Solution Consultant:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in implementing UKG PRO WFM, with a focus on Advanced Scheduling.
• Strong knowledge of workforce management principles, scheduling optimization, and labor compliance.
• Experience with UKG Dimensions, UKG Ready, or other UKG workforce management solutions.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving related to WFM system implementations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Experience in training end-users and conducting system workshops.
• Familiarity with HRIS, payroll integration, and time & attendance modules is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
