About the Role:
The Sr. Business Analysts role at Dynatron Software is crucial in maintaining and enhancing multiple internal Corporate Application solutions. This hybrid role blends business analysis expertise with project coordination. Under the direction of the Sr. Director of Corporate Applications, the Sr. Business Analyst will ensure system health and maintenance through activities such as: comprehensive data driven analysis, feature prioritization, and implementation. This role acts as liaisons between business and technology teams, translating business needs into actionable requirements. Collaborating with various business departments and engineering partners, the Sr. Business Analysts will gather and prioritize application and stakeholder requirements, application vision, and ultimately delivering successfully prioritized features.

Qualified Candidates Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst utilizing project methodologies to drive timelines.
  • Strong experience and knowledge of business requirement documentation creation and mangement.
  • Hands on experience coordinating and performing UAT testing
  • Experience with process engineering methodologies (As-Is and To-Be process mapping)
  • Experience with Agile and scrum methodologies
  • Strong documentation and communication skills for multi-stakeholder alignment, simplifying complex analysis through compelling storytelling, and producing high-quality documentation.
  • Ability to synthesize business pain points and people/process/technology issues to formulate proposals to remediate them
  • Proficient in Google Slides and Sheets, JIRA, Confluence and PowerPoint
  • Structures own work to meet all deadlines, is able to shoulder additional workload, and adds value by exceeding original plans
  • Demonstrates use of listening and questioning techniques to understand issues and problems
  • Flexible, able to multi-task, context switch, and manage prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal skills, ability to communicate information in clear and concise language to a wide audience varying in levels of technical expertise
  • Aptitude for learning new concepts and procedures
  • Ability to become a trusted advisor with key stakeholders
  • Good interpersonal skills
Bonus if you also have:
  • Background in sales operations
  • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or similar certification
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Work with business teams and business process teams to understand business needs and translate into clear, detailed requirements
  • Process Improvement: Maintain a deep understanding of user processes, collaborate with stakeholders, and identify opportunities for process optimization.
  • Technical Support: Address technical issues and discrepancies reported by users, providing timely solutions.
  • Customer Experience: Identify and address gaps in customer experience to enhance satisfaction.
  • Agile Methodology: Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, planning, retrospectives and E2E testing. 
  • Requirements Analysis: Gather requirements from stakeholders and analyze them based on technical environments and enterprise specifics.
  • Insight Generation: Using data, synthesize analytical findings into clear, incisive insights and recommendations that drive business results
  • Drive systems-related project execution in direct partnership with business stakeholders, IT and Engineering teams. Document business results achieved through solution implementation
  • Lead UAT business planning and execution. Review QA and write UAT test scripts. Manage UAT with end-users including coordination and user acceptance sign-off
  • Partner with project stakeholders, IT, and System Administrator teams to plan and prepare for Go-Live and post-go live support
  • Participate in end-to-end implementation planning including project management, issue management, communication, and change management.

  • Critical hours to be available for collaboration with US team are 
    • 6:30PM-11:30PM IST (India)
    • 9:00AM-2:00PM EST (USA)
    • 8:00AM-1:00PM CST (USA)
    • 7:00AM-12:00PM MST (USA)
    • 6:00AM-11:00AM PST (USA)
  • Balance of 3 hours each day can be worked before or after core hours at your discretion
Key Considerations: 
Dynatron does not have a physical office in India; this is a remote independent contractor position. As an independent contractor, you are essentially running your own business. Therefore:
  • The company pays you the full agreed-upon amount (if you request 10 LPA, you receive 10 LPA).
  • You are responsible for paying your own taxes.
  • You are responsible for obtaining your own benefits (like health insurance).
Compensation Range: $30,000-40,000 (USD)
