AI/LLM Full Stack Developer (NodeJS/Python/Postgres) - AI Team
Location: Remote
Salary: $150,000 - $190,000 (depending on skills and experience)
Experience: 5-10 years  (Full Time position) - GC or USC a must

Must be able to show a physical ID on a Teams Video before proceeding.  Must live in the US.
Any experience within the hospitality space where you are working on call center or booking applications, would be a huge plus!
 
All candidates must possess a proven background working with LLMs to be considered for this role.

Job Description:
We are looking for talented Full-Stack Developers to join our AI team. The ideal candidates will have experience developing sales-side and customer-based systems, with a strong focus on text, chat, and voice interfaces. This role involves prompt engineering and working with cutting-edge AI technologies.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain sales-side and customer-based systems
• Implement text, chat, and voice interfaces
• Engage in prompt engineering and AI model tuning
• Work with NodeJS and Python for backend development
• Utilize Postgres for database management
• Leverage serverless architecture and EKS for scalable solutions
• Integrate with AI middleware such as OpenAI and Anthropic
• Create and manage API endpoints
• Evaluate and integrate tools like Fydata, Lyngraph, and CrewAI

 
Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of experience in full stack development
• Understanding of LLMs and tuning parameters
• Expert in Python / NodeJS
• Experience with Postgres and serverless architecture
• Knowledge of AWS Cloud, particularly EKS and Lambda
• Familiarity with AI middleware (OpenAI, Anthropic) and prompt engineering
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

 
Preferred Skills:

• Experience with sales-side and customer-based systems
• Familiarity with text, chat, and voice interfaces
• Previous experience evaluating AI tools like Fydata, Lyngraph, and CrewAI

 
Work Environment :

• Fully remote or hybrid option is available.
• The office environment includes open seating and moderate background noise.
• Catered lunches are available in the office Monday through Friday.
