We currently have a Director of Escrow Operations opportunity with a national provider of title insurance and escrow services for the mortgage and real estate industries. This premier partner takes a proactive, client-centric approach and offers a range of services designed to automate and streamline loan processes. The Director of Escrow Operations is responsible for the specific duties listed below.
Your specific duties will include:
Complete managerial oversight of the escrow and disbursement staff, encompassing all aspects of training, management, and monitoring of service level standards.
Comprehensive training and supervision of escrow team lead, closers, and disbursement staff to ensure that each employee fully understands all functions of the escrow and disbursement roles and processes files accurately.
Reviewing daily management reports and conducting team meetings with the escrow and disbursement staff to address areas requiring improvement and enhance customer service levels.
Engaging with clients to ensure service level standards are met, resolving outstanding issues, and presenting SLA metric reports to demonstrate performance standards.
Analyzing and optimizing workflow processes for production teams. Experience with Resware is preferred but not required.
Managing staffing requirements, including recruitment, hiring, and termination, as necessary.
Specific qualifications for the position include:
A minimum of 7 years of managerial experience in a national, centralized escrow and disbursement team, including training and working with customers to ensure satisfactory service levels.
Expertise in training staff on all aspects of escrow and disbursement while ensuring SLA standards are met for each customer.
A comprehensive understanding of daily reconciliations, trial balances, and escheatment processes to ensure timely and accurate daily banking operations.
Experience in production workflows, with the ability to optimize the efficiency of production software, including collaborating with Resware administrators to implement necessary changes.
Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both customers and employees.
Pay Rate Range: $70,000 - 100,000/year plus lucrative bonus program and benefits
