Job description

Role: eCommerce Analyst
Client's Location: New York, NY, 10022 (100% Remote)
Contract Duration: 6 months
Schedule: Monday - Friday 9-5pm (EST preferred to be aligned with our IT team, CST possible, PST not preferred unless they can flex to EST hours)
Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree

Job Description:
45% Project management : driving large PI features from building business cases through to completion/testing. Meet with cross-functional stakeholders to collect and break down requirements, translate them into definition of ready. Follow features through from inception to completion. Ensure process for new features is documented for cxec teams and they are trained on large features before release. This role includes dtc/hpsf/finance large features.

25% Documentation : create tickets and follow them through to completion/closed, document process flows, present process flows as needed to varying stakeholders.

25% JIRA Ticket Writing : Creating detailed bug and feature tickets for small issues and enhancements. Sprint support and communication: Answering questions, resolving blockers, ad hoc small uat/prod testing, and emergency support.

5% product data clean up : When issues arise clean up data in Shopify as needed
