About the role

As a Sales Development Representative, your primary focus will be driving our business growth and expanding our market presence. Your responsibilities will include utilizing different channels to identify and engage potential clients, conducting introductory conversations to understand their needs, and presenting tailored solutions that address their specific requirements.

What you’ll be doing

  • Work directly in the sales department alongside hiring, marketing, project, engineering, and delivery teams;
  • Identifying potential leads and initiating contact with prospects through various channels such as calling, emailing and Linkedin;
  • Assessing the needs and fit of prospects by asking qualifying questions to determine if they meet the criteria for becoming a potential customer;
  • Scheduling appointments or meetings between qualified leads and the sales team for further discussion and demonstration of the product or service;
  • Following up with leads who are not yet ready, providing them with valuable information, and maintaining regular communication to keep them engaged until they are ready;
  • Keeping accurate records of all interactions with prospects, updating CRM systems with relevant information, and tracking the progress of leads through the sales pipeline;
  • Providing feedback to the marketing and sales teams regarding the quality of leads, effectiveness of messaging, and areas for improvement in the lead generation and qualification process.

What you’ll need

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in sales and lead generation;
  • Hands-on experience with sales tools like Apollo or LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM like HubSpot;
  • Work experience in a software development company will be a plus
  • Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher;
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively search for information;
  • Strong organizational skills, critical thinking, and the capacity to solve practical problems.

  • Hands-on experience with UpWork and LinkedIn.
