Job description

Our client, a rapidly growing payment service provider, is focused on making account-to-account payments as simple as sending a text message while maintaining bank-grade security and compliance. As they scale across Europe, they are looking for passionate individuals who are excited about the intersection of finance and technology and are eager to fix the broken parts of the traditional banking system.

They are seeking a Sales Manager to join their team, with a specific focus on the iGaming sector. The role will involve working closely with the Chief Commercial Officer to drive expansion in the online gaming and betting market from Malta.

The Role
The Sales Manager will act as a strategic partner between the company and its merchants, understanding their needs and helping them succeed. This is a closing role where the Sales Manager will drive sales and maintain relationships with iGaming operators.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with iGaming operators
  • Research and identify new business opportunities within the iGaming sector
  • Prepare sales materials, deliver compelling presentations, negotiate quotations and contracts, drive customer demo sessions, and maintain accurate client records in HubSpot

What We're Looking For

  • Sales experience in iGaming, payments, or fintech sectors
  • Established network within the iGaming industry
  • Working knowledge of payment solutions
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to explain technical solutions clearly
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, international setting
  • Understanding of the iGaming payment landscape
  • Fluent in English (required)
  • Swedish and/or Finnish language skills (a plus)
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • Must be eligible to work in Malta
