Job Summary

We are looking for a Process Executive - HC with 0 to 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have mandatory technical skills in MS Excel and domain experience in Provider and Payer. This is a work-from-home position with night shifts. Proficiency in English (Read/Write Speak) is required.

Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry and analysis using MS Excel to support healthcare processes.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of data in all tasks.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Handle provider and payer-related tasks with precision and attention to detail.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of patient information.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders in English.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures in all activities.
  • Provide support for various healthcare projects as needed.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to ensure targets are met.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on industry standards and best practices.
  • Resolve issues and escalate problems to the appropriate channels when necessary.
