The Head of Delivery will be responsible for the day-to-day customer-facing operations: making sure existing clients are/remain happy, projects are delivered
smoothly, and related internal processes are continuously improved. With our beautiful digital transformation platform, we help microfinance banks digitize their
activity so that they are more efficient & less risky. Digital transformation isn’t always easy and requires a lot of decisions to be made. We’re looking for the person
who could replace the founders in making those decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage projects liaising with internal and external stakeholders
Capitalize on experience, build best practices and ensure they’re enforced
Implement the right tools and methodology for planning and execution
Ensure our clients are happy and that they make the best decisions possible
Prepare the steps that will lead to the self-onboarding of our clients
Set, track and report the relevant KPIs for operations to the management team
Requirements
Must have:
Excellent analytical & organizational skills, performs autonomously in multithread mode
Proactive, positive mindset, sense of humor and highly culturally sensitive
Great communication skills in both English and French - si vous ne parlez pas bien français, ne perdez pas votre temps
Operational roles, ideally within the technology or fintech sectors (3 to 5 years)
Work in developing countries, especially in Africa
Capable of learning new concepts
Tech & project management stuff and tools
Nice to have:

Do you like traveling? You could represent us at industry events and visit clients
Any “hard” skills in marketing, tech (coding / scripting / API, etc.), product management
Experience in startups or as consultants, of digital transformation, microfinance, etc.
Resident in Kenya or in East Africa
