A Day in the Life
In this exciting role as an IT Project Lead, you will be responsible for leading IT projects that support the Medical Surgical Operating Unit, including the Acute Care and Monitoring, Endoscopy, and Surgical Operating Units. This division of our organization boasts an impressive annual revenue of $8B+ and serves over 115 million patients globally. Within this capacity, you will manage projects as part of a portfolio valued at approximately $15 million annually, ensuring the successful delivery of high-impact initiatives.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Lead and direct one or more project teams engaged in global initiatives across functional and regional organizations
- Develop and manage all facets of the project(s) from intake through implementation and closure
- Accountable for the successful implementation of the outcomes derived through the change through effective organization and leadership, business case and benefits management, stakeholder management, risk management and issue resolution, planning and control, change management and quality management
- Ensure the project adhere to all Corporate and IT policies and standards
- Responsible for effectively managing the constraints of project management: Scope, Cost, Schedule
- Provide technical and analytical guidance and recommendations to leadership governance bodies
- Keep current on advance and best practices in project management methodologies
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Fluent in English
- Two years of experience in project and program management with IT
- Knowledge working with MS Office
- Experience working with efficiency improvement processes
- Ability to work in matrix structured organization
- Knowledge using Planisware and Project Management Skill and Lean Six Sigma is advantageous
