Our software helps financial institutions, corporates and crypto-native companies navigate the fragmented digital-asset landscape with confidence. We are a remote-first company and require you to be based in The United States for this role.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of client and ensure they realise the value of Cryptio’s product offering

  • Secure account renewals through effective communication, demonstrating value proposition, and addressing customer needs

  • Proactively identify opportunities to remove friction and bring value to assigned accounts by introducing them to new features and functionalities of the product

Requirements
  • Passionate about crypto

  • 1-3 years of Account Management experience in Enterprise SaaS/Infra/Crypto

  • Proven track record in discovery, negotiation, objection handling, and market best practices

  • High aptitude, high energy, high integrity

  • HubSpot/ Salesforce-based sales-ops experience bonus
