The Director of Product Management, Education is responsible for defining and executing the strategic direction of the training programs developed for customers and partners. This role will lead a cross-functional team of product managers, curriculum designers, and writers to ensure the development of high-quality, impactful education solutions that drive customer success and business growth.
As a key leader within the Education Business Unit (BU), this role will shape the future of training initiatives by aligning product vision with business objectives, market needs, and evolving learning methodologies. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with deep expertise in product management, instructional design, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Vision
Define and drive the overall product strategy for customer and partner training programs, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Develop a long-term roadmap for education solutions, incorporating industry trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies.
Advocate for data-driven decision-making by leveraging insights to optimize training offerings and drive adoption.
Product Development & Execution
Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of training programs, from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality content and delivery.
Collaborate closely with product managers, curriculum designers, and writers to build innovative and scalable education solutions.
Implement best practices in instructional design, content development, and learner engagement to enhance training effectiveness.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with sales, customer success, and professional services teams to align training initiatives with business priorities.
Work closely with engineering and platform teams to enhance the digital learning experience.
Serve as the key point of contact for executive stakeholders, providing regular updates on strategy, progress, and impact.
Team Leadership & Development
Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of product managers, curriculum designers, and writers.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team.
Develop scalable processes to streamline education product development and delivery.
Qualifications & Experience
8 years of experience in product management, learning design, or education technology, with leadership experience.
Strong background in developing and scaling customer and partner training programs.
Proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and delivering measurable business impact.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing product roadmaps.
Deep understanding of instructional design, adult learning principles, and digital learning platforms.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in SaaS, education technology, or enterprise training solutions.
Familiarity with LMS platforms, digital content creation tools, and AI-driven learning methodologies.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Compensation:
This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.
$134,300.00 - $249,500.00Benefits:
