Job description

Overview:

IDC is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Marketing and ABM (Account-Based Marketing) Manager, North America to develop and execute targeted marketing programs that drive engagement, pipeline growth, and revenue. This role requires a strong understanding of field marketing strategies, ABM campaign strategies & execution, and cross-functional collaboration with sales, product marketing, and demand generation teams.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of five years of experience in field marketing, with a track record of planning and executing ABM campaigns and programs tailored towards high-value accounts. This role is pivotal in aligning marketing efforts with regional sales goals to accelerate customer acquisition and expansion.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute field marketing strategies that support IDC’s business objectives and drive regional pipeline growth.
  • Design and manage ABM campaigns (1:1, 1:few, and 1:many) across multiple channels, including digital, email, and events.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with target accounts and business priorities.
  • Leverage data and insights to build audience segmentation, personalize campaigns, and optimize account engagement.
  • Plan and execute field marketing events, webinars, and in-person engagements to drive customer and prospect engagement.
  • Measure and analyze campaign performance to refine tactics, improve ROI, and report key insights to stakeholders.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and evolving ABM techniques to continuously enhance IDC’s marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a B2B field marketing role, preferably in technology.
  • Proven experience managing ABM programs and campaigns, with a strong understanding of audience segmentation, personalization, and engagement strategies.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, and demand generation teams.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience with CRM and Marketing Automation tools. Knowledge or use of Salesforce, Marketo, 6sense or Demandbase is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to marketing strategy and execution.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to travel if needed.

Salary range and additional compensation, including discretionary bonuses and incentive pay, are determined by a rigorous review process. This process considers the experience, education, certifications, and skills required for the specific role, equity with similarly situated employees, as well as employer-verified US region-specific market data provided by an independent 3rd party partner. The expected total annual compensation, depending on location and experience, is between $100,000 and $125,000 and is inclusive of base salary and variable compensation (if applicable).
