The Opportunity
At UserTesting, we believe that fostering an inclusive, engaging, and connected workplace is key to our success. We are looking for a Senior Program Manager, Culture & People Experience to lead company-wide initiatives across Inclusion, Diversity, Equity & Belonging (IDEB), Workplace Experience, and Culture Programs.
You will be responsible for aligning our culture and workplace strategies, driving IDEB initiatives, supporting ERGs, and overseeing company-wide engagement programs. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, working with People Leadership, ERG Leaders, and Business Stakeholders to deliver high-impact programs and enhance the overall employee experience.

People Experience & Culture
Develop and implement programs that foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging company culture that aligns with UserTesting’s values.
Act as a culture champion, ensuring that values and behaviors are embedded across the employee lifecycle.
Foster strong connectedness across remote, hybrid, and in-office teams.
Own the company-wide employee engagement strategy, including survey execution, data analysis, and action planning in partnership with leadership and HR teams.
Strategically oversee culture-related events (e.g., company celebrations, engagement programs), collaborating with site leads, EAs, and other relevant teams.
Drive workplace experience improvements, ensuring that offices and remote environments support productivity, connection, and well-being.
Measure employee experience trends using feedback and engagement data to refine programs and increase impact.
Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Belonging (IDEB) & ERGs
Own and execute the IDEB strategy, ensuring inclusive and equitable experiences for all employees.
Facilitate and align ERGs with our overarching IDEB strategy, providing support, guidance, and operational coordination.
Develop and maintain consistent IDEB programming, reporting, and engagement initiatives, in partnership with ERG leaders.
Collaborate with Talent, Learning & Development, and HR teams to embed IDEB best practices into company-wide programs.
Track and report IDEB metrics to ensure continuous improvement and accountability.
Program & Budget Oversight
Manage and track budgets for all programs, culture initiatives, and workplace engagement activities.
Oversee vendor contracts, financial planning, and funding allocation for employee experience programs.
Use data-driven insights to measure program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
What We Are Looking For
Experience in Employee Experience, Culture, IDEB, HR, Workplace Strategy.
Strong track record of designing and executing employee engagement programs at scale.
Deep expertise in IDEB strategy and execution, with experience driving company-wide initiatives.
Experience leading workplace and hybrid work experience programs.
Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
Data-driven mindset, using insights to measure success and drive continuous improvement.
Excellent communication and change management skills to effectively drive initiatives forward.
