EMEA Solution Consultant (Pre-sales Engineering)

Our UK crew is seeking a Solution Consultant (sometimes called a Pre-sales Engineer) to work with our EMEA Solution Consulting Manager, our head of EMEA Sales and our global delivery network to ensure the company meets global targets and standards for excellence, from planning and solution creation, through delivery. This role is an individual contributor where you will work with the EMEA leadership on overall solution strategies, and with account executives to secure specific deals and new opportunities. This essential crew member will position technical solutions while achieving quarterly and annual sales objectives in support of our global sales team targets.  The Solution Consultant will leverage a unique blend of technical and sales skills and demonstrate our creativity, knowledge and excellence across the ServiceNow platform.

What you'll do: 

- Work with our EMEA Account Executives to drive confidence in our solutions and secure new projects/ acquire new customers

- Support Sales teams in the qualification of customer needs through discovery

- Demonstrate the product, both standard and tailored to prospects and existing customers

- Generates product demo scripts and scenarios and maintain demonstration environment(s)

- Scopes and deliver Proof of Concept/Proof of Value engagements with prospects

- Create proposals, SOWs, estimates, use cases, and functional requirements documents

- Respond to RFP/RFI/Tenders

- Stay current on competitive analyses and understands differentiators between the company and its competitors

- Understand business and technical problems addressed by the products including key regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs, and security

- In conjunction with Sales and Delivery, conduct transition briefings, communicates commitments and expectations in preparation for deployment
