Job Overview 

In this role, you will ensure high quality of the data within our products by collaborating with our community partners to establish and verify information in the product database. You will create and maintain an excellent working relationship with all contacts and organizations representing Circa professionally and positively. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Most days will involve:

  • Conducting research and outreach to community partners not yet in the product database to establish new profiles and create relationships
  • Validating and updating information included in partner profiles to maintain data integrity within our products

Additional responsibilities may include:

  • Assisting with additional data hygiene projects in other internal systems and products
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify areas to improve ways we organize, update, and maintain community partnership database
  • Ongoing maintenance and management of our community partner database
  • Completing other projects or assigned tasks as needed

Requirements & Skills:

  • You have experience in Costumer Service
  • You are a passionate and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a collaborative environment. 
  • You are highly self-motivated with a willingness to learn and pick up new systems quickly.
  • You are also familiar with Microsoft products.
  • You may also have some exposure or experience in business. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Education:                         

  • You may have a degree or professional certificate program, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
