Responsible for Zimmer Biomet's global sales and operations in Brazil.
How You'll Create Impact
Drive sales and market share growth in Brazil through the strategic use of product positioning, competitive insights, a high-performing sales team, and a strong commitment to customer service.
Develop and nurture relationships with key surgeons based on credibility, respect, and trust. Leverage these connections to engage surgical consultants, identify business opportunities, and expand the customer base.
Utilize historical market knowledge to anticipate and forecast customer needs in Brazil.
Build and lead a high-performance sales team by attracting top talent, implementing development strategies that foster individual growth, and shaping the next generation of sales leaders.
Develop and execute competitive sales strategies to secure business opportunities, providing direction to regional sales teams. Align sales efforts with company strategy to enhance collaboration and optimize results.
P&L responsibility for the Brazil sales region.

Your Background
10 to 15 years of applicable work experience.
Managerial experience and proven track record leading medium to large teams, especially in sales.
Extensive experience in the medical devices industry is required, with a strong emphasis on orthopedics, gained within large multinational companies.
English proficiency is required (C1).
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field of study is required.
Master's degree preferred.
Knowledge of Brazilian culture is a requirement.
