As a Salesforce Technical Lead, you will play a vital role in the IT department at Pella Corporation. You will help lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions. Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions is of critical importance. Expertise in Salesforce will be essential in guiding a scrum team and ensuring the successful delivery of business value within an agile delivery model.
Responsibilities:
Lead the design and development of Salesforce out of the box and custom solutions, focused on meeting business requirements.
Collaborate closely with the Pella architecture to implement solutions towards target architecture.
Oversee the implementation of Salesforce best practices and adherence to standards.
Collaborate with Product team members to analyze requirements and provide technical guidance and recommendations.
Develop custom applications, workflows, and validation rules using coding languages like JavaScript (React/Node), HTML/CSS, SQL, Salesforce development with Apex, Native, LWC, Lightning framework, SOQL, REST APIs, and RESTful web services.
Assist Pella IT teams with Salesforce integrations within Pella’s integration architecture.
Mentor and guide Salesforce developers and Salesforce Administrators while providing technical oversight and support.
Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce features and updates, conduct proof of concepts, and incorporate them in business solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Manage deployments using Copado.
Experience Requirements:
Expert Salesforce product knowledge and 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Development experience and Flow.
Proficient in Apex, LWC, Flows, and Salesforce APIs.
Expert knowledge within Salesforce Service Cloud.
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce declarative tools and customization capabilities.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with Product team members at all levels.
Team leadership and/or mentorship experience.
Technical documentation experience.
Experience working with agile methodologies.
Experience working with Salesforce DevOps tools, such as Copado (preferred), Gearset, or Flosum.
Preferred Skills:
Strong knowledge within Salesforce Field Service Cloud.
Data management and data quality techniques within Salesforce.
GraphQL experience.
Certifications or Licenses: Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I, Service Cloud Consultant, or JavaScript Developer I.
