Account Manager, Marriott CS
The Account Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of hotel and resort client marketing campaigns on our Brand team working with our Marriott clients. Critical to the position is maintaining a high levels of customer service and meeting or exceeding client expectations. The Account Manager is the facilitator of clear and accurate communication to other departments on behalf of the client. As the liaison between the hotel and resort properties and Vizergy, it is the Account Manager’s responsibility to be the client’s advocate and ensure that their team is maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and results. Long-term client satisfaction and retention is the ultimate goal.
