Type of Cooperation: B2B Contract.
Working Hours: 10:00-10:30 AM start + 8 hours full-time.


What you will do:
 

  • Answer clients' questions and help resolve the issues. 
  • Participate in building Wirex multi-language knowledge base and community.
  • Be ready to collect feedback from the clients and share product improvement ideas. 
  • Cooperation with other departments regarding customer requests.
  • Improve customer satisfaction and brand reputation by managing and responding to reviews on Trustpilot, Google Play, and Apple Pay.
  • Analyze metrics from social media and review platforms, providing regular reports.

          Requirements: 

          • Advanced/“strong” upper intermediate English (both verbal and written). 
          • Experience working with social media and platforms. 
          • Fast learner and flexible for changes. 
          • Highly organized and self-disciplined. 
          • Able to understand clients' issues, and questions, and figure out the best-fit solution. 
          • Capable of working under pressure and handling clients with a negative attitude. 

                    Will be a plus: 

                    • Experience in customer service or technical support. 
                    • Familiar with Zendesk/Freshdesk and Atlassian products. 
                    • Passionate about Bitcoins and blockchain technologies.
