Korean Bilingual QA Specialist - (ZR_20932_JOB)

About the Role:

We're seeking a meticulous and technically proficient Korean Bilingual QA Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You'll be responsible for performing comprehensive software testing, including functional, regression, and performance testing, as well as developing and executing automated test scripts. You'll collaborate closely with our development teams to identify, document, and resolve software defects, ensuring a seamless user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough software quality assurance testing, encompassing functional, regression, and performance testing.
  
• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using relevant tools and frameworks.
  
• Accurately identify, document, and track software defects, providing detailed reports.
  
• Collaborate effectively with development teams to ensure timely resolution of identified issues.
  
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our QA processes and methodologies.
  
  

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Proven expertise in software testing methodologies and best practices.
  
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
  
• Exceptional communication skills in both Korean and English (written and verbal).
  
• Strong technical aptitude and the ability to comprehend complex software systems.
  
• Preferred: Experience working with SaaS products.
