This is a remote position.

Tues- Sat 10 AM- 6 PM North Carolina time includes 1h unpaid break.

Job Description: Lead Manager for Real Estate Prospecting

Scope

  • Handle 800+ leads in the CRM, focusing on both first contact and follow-ups
  • Work towards generating 10-15 qualified leads per day
  • Collaborate with the  team to refine lead qualification criteria
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of call scripts and best practices
  • Potential for role expansion as the company scales its operations
  • 30-35 hours per week to start, with flexibility to increase to 40 hours if needed

Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to potential property sellers
  • Qualify leads based on the client's specific criteria
  • Manage and prioritize over 800 leads in the CRM system
  • Follow up consistently with prospects, ensuring timely contact
  • Overcome objections and address concerns from potential sellers
  • Push qualified leads through to the next stage of the sales process
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM
  • Achieve daily targets for lead generation and qualification (aiming for 10-15 qualified leads per day)
  • Adapt communication style to effectively engage with diverse property owners
  • Handle both first contact and follow-up calls as needed


Requirements


  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional phone manner
  • Experience in high-volume call environments, preferably in appointment setting  
  • Sales experience in real estate is a must
  • Ability to work 30-35 hours per week, with potential to increase to 40 hours
  • Comfortable working weekends (either Saturday or Sunday)
  • Assertive and persistent personality, able to navigate challenging conversations
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and ability to learn new software quickly
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Resilience and ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
  • Quick learner with the ability to absorb and apply industry knowledge
