This is a remote position.

Reports to: Lead Engineer

Location: This is a remote role but candidates must be able to cover EST time-zone. The ability to work from the office (Downtown Toronto) weekly is a plus.

As an AI-Assisted Developer, your mission is to leverage AI-powered development tools to accelerate software delivery while fostering a culture of AI-driven engineering within the team. You’ll work in a fast-paced, startup environment, collaborating with experienced engineers to ship products quickly and efficiently while demonstrating how AI can enhance development workflows. By championing AI-assisted coding practices, you will help transform the way our developers work, making development faster, smarter, and more automated.

Technically Skilled: You have proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python, and experience with modern development workflows.
AI-Tool Experience: You have experience of working with AI-assisted coding tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and Bolt.new
Problem-Solver: You can debug, refactor, and improve AI-generated code efficiently.
