Binary Defense (BD) is seeking a talented Director of Brand & Content Experience to lead and elevate our brand narrative, corporate sponsorships, customer advocacy, and content strategy—specifically within the cybersecurity industry. This role will be instrumental in shaping the brand experience across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency, engagement, and impact while positioning the company as a thought leader in Managed Detection and Response (MDR).


The ideal candidate will have deep experience in cybersecurity, understanding how to craft compelling brand messaging that resonates with security professionals, CISOs, and key industry stakeholders. This person will drive integrated brand campaigns, content strategy, and social media while aligning messaging with key business objectives and market trends in cybersecurity.


Responsibilities


Brand Strategy & Corporate Sponsorships

· Define and execute a compelling brand narrative that resonates with customers, partners, and industry leaders.

· Develop and manage strategic corporate sponsorships to enhance brand visibility and credibility.

· Align brand messaging across all marketing communications and customer touchpoints.


Customer Advocacy & Brand Experience

· Build and lead a customer advocacy program that turns loyal customers into brand champions.

· Develop initiatives that enhance brand experience, ensuring every interaction reinforces our brand values.

· Collaborate with internal stakeholders to showcase subject matter experts (SMEs) and thought leadership.


Content & Media Strategy

· Lead a content marketing strategy that supports brand storytelling, demand generation, and audience engagement.

· Oversee a video strategy, ensuring compelling visual content aligns with brand objectives.

· Manage a content distribution strategy, including social media, digital platforms, and traditional media.


Campaigns & Events

· Drive integrated brand campaigns that elevate awareness, engagement, and conversion.

· Develop and execute a brand event strategy, including industry events, sponsorship activations, and experiential marketing.

· Ensure seamless execution of contact strategies that nurture audience relationships across channels.

Requirements

  

· 7-10+ years of experience in brand marketing, content strategy, or related fields

· Proven success in building and executing brand campaigns and customer advocacy programs.

· Strong leadership skills, with experience managing teams and collaborating cross-functionally.

· Expertise in content marketing, media strategy, and video production.

· Ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize brand marketing initiatives.
