Job Description: Land Acquisition Specialist

Scope

• Focus on land acquisition in Florida, specifically Tampa, Orlando, and Vero Beach areas
  
• Target of identifying approximately 500 potential sites annually
  
• Work towards facilitating 5 successful land acquisitions per year
  
• Full-time position with consistent daily work schedule
  
• Adherence to U.S. Eastern Time business hours
  

Responsibilities

• Utilize specialized software to identify potential land parcels meeting specific criteria
  
• Conduct thorough research to find property owner information
  
• Perform high-volume cold calling to property owners
  
• Engage property owners in discussions about potential land sales
  
• Schedule appointments for the leadership team with interested property owners
  
• Maintain detailed records of all interactions and follow-ups
  
• Collaborate with the team to refine search criteria and strategies
  

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills with a neutral accent
  
• Ability to sound natural and professional on U.S.-based calls
  
• Sales experience in Real estate is a must - preferred in property acquisition
• Strong research and analytical skills
  
• Proficiency in using property research software and databases
  
• Resilience and persistence in high-volume outreach scenarios
  
• Basic understanding of real estate terminology and processes
