What We’re Looking For:

  • 5–7 years of experience leading earned media and influencer campaigns for CPG brands, with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience with affiliate marketing via platforms such as Impact, LTK and Levanta
  • Confident and articulate in client presentations, unafraid to speak up and contribute innovative ideas during brainstorms.
  • A natural leader and collaborator who proactively manages both up and down to keep the account team aligned and moving forward.
  • Passionate about mentorship, valuing both teaching and continuous learning to elevate team performance.
  • Experienced in business development, including pitching and securing new clients for an agency.
  • A trusted client partner and thought leader, adept at navigating challenging conversations 
  • Comprehensive understanding of earned media and influencer marketing within an omnichannel ecosystem, with experience integrating efforts across internal and external teams.
  • Regularly engaged with social media platforms, with an expert-level understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Seasoned in new business presentations and client engagement, particularly within an agency environment.
  • Highly attuned to pop culture and emerging trends, with a track record of successfully leveraging them for brand activations.
 

What You’ll Do:

CLIENT STEWARDSHIP & NEW BUSINESS

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for earned media and influencer client needs across agency’s client portfolio.
  • Assist in crafting compelling proposals, timelines, budgets, and projected outcomes for potential and existing clients.
  • Incorporate affiliate into pitching strategy and make recommendations to clients on the right platforms and how to leverage the right affiliate networks

AGENCY LEADERSHIP

  • Oversee and mentor a team of Account Executives, providing guidance on campaign execution, media relations, and influencer strategy.
  • Stay at the forefront of industry best practices, serving as the agency’s thought leader on social media and influencer marketing.
  • Develop persuasive reports and strategic recommendations for client presentations, ensuring insights and creative direction are clearly articulated.

STRATEGY & CREATIVE DEVELOPMENT

  • Collaborate across PR, paid media, and influencer teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns that drive engagement and brand visibility.
  • Provide recommendations for paid amplification of earned media, including budgeting, client approvals, tracking, and reconciliation.
  • Continuously monitor social and cultural trends, identifying new audience opportunities, emerging platform behaviors, and innovative content strategies to keep brands ahead of the curve.
