We are currently seeking a Senior Quality Analyst to join our team Remote based in the US.

Job Description:

• Develop and document test strategies, test plans, and test cases for the FACETS application to ensure that functional, non-functional, and compliance requirements are met.
• Create test scenarios and develop test scripts for different modules of the FACETS application to verify that functional requirements are incorporated into the system design, including critical system components.
• Write and execute SQL queries to mine, load, and manipulate data on FACETS backend tables.
• Follow the Agile Software Development Life Cycle to log, track, and resolve issues.
• Multitask and provide consistent and timely test execution status to management.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

• 5+ years of experience in the US healthcare system and quality assurance.
• 5+ years of progressive work experience in a related occupation.
• 5+ years of experience with the FACETS backend data model, specifically in Providers, Membership, and Claims modules.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience working with EDI files (837/834/835/270/271/276/277) to create test data as per test scenarios.
• 5+ years of experience working in an Agile methodology.
• Technical skills: FACETS (required), SQL queries (required), web services (required), VBScript, Quality Center, RQM, RTM, QTP, JIRA.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a foreign equivalent.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this Remote role is $40.00 - $50.00/hour USD. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
