Min 2.5 years Proven experience in customer service, property management, or hospitality preferred. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience using property management software (e.g., Airbnb, VRBO, Buildium, AppFolio, or similar).

Core responsibilities:

Respond to inquiries from guests and tenants via phone, email, and chat. Handle booking requests, lease inquiries, and tenant concerns. Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and lease renewals. Provide prompt solutions to guest and tenant issues, ensuring a positive experience. Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up on service orders. Assist with property inspections and ensure compliance with rental agreements. Manage rental listings and update availability on booking platforms. Handle reservation confirmations, cancellations, and modifications. Maintain accurate records of tenant communications and bookings.
