Role Overview: The Project Manager/Lead will oversee the implementation of Odoo ERP across multiple retail franchise environments. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and project management skills to ensure successful delivery within the specified timeline.

Responsibilities:

Lead the project delivery team, including developers, QA, and BA.
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Oversee the configuration of Odoo and data migration from various platforms.
Ensure the project adheres to Agile methodologies.
Provide technical guidance and support to the team.
Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Developer with project management responsibilities.
Strong understanding of Odoo ERP, Python, and JavaScript.
Experience with retail franchise environments and ERP systems.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
