mRaP GmbH, with its most well-known product, helloCash, is based in Wieselburg, Lower Austria. helloCash is a cloud-based cash register system. The software is active in 7 European countries and serves over 30,000 customers. In addition to the cash register software, the company offers other useful tools tailored to the daily needs of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). 

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven sales leader with excellent sales skills to build and establish our sales from the ground up. As Sales Lead (m/f/d), you will be responsible for successfully launching, scaling, and developing our sales department - - initially for the DACH region, with the opportunity to expand the sales organization as part of our international growth. 


Your Responsibilities
  • Establish and lead the sales department – from strategy to operational execution. 
  • Drive sales success hands-on – lead by example and close deals effectively. 
  • Identify and develop the most effective sales channels – taking full ownership of selecting and optimizing the right channels for sustainable growth. 
  • Develop a scalable sales playbook – based on proven strategies to optimize the sales process. 
  • Collaborate with the marketing team – to generate leads and improve processes along the customer journey. 
  • Expand and optimize our affiliate program – identifying opportunities for growth and maximizing its potential. 
  • Find and engage key multipliers – ensuring a successful and efficient outreach strategy to leverage influential partners and networks. 
  • Utilize HubSpot – to efficiently manage and optimize sales processes. 
  • Build and lead a high-performance sales team – including recruiting, coaching, and leadership for long-term success. 
Your Profile
  • Several years of experience in sales, ideally in building and leading sales teams. 
  • Hands-on mentality: strong operational execution, negotiation skills, and closing ability.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B or B2C sales. 
  • Experience in developing and implementing scalable sales processes. 
  • Proficiency in HubSpot Strong communication skills, as well as strategic and entrepreneurial thinking. 
  • Fluent in both English and German (mandatory). Spanish is a plus.
