Counselor Assistant Requirements:

Counselor Assistant Responsibilities:

Assist with admissions and intake processes, including gathering client information and completing necessary paperwork
Schedule and coordinate counseling sessions for clients, ensuring timely access to care
Follow up with clients and their families to provide support and gather feedback on treatment progress
Assist with facilitating virtual platforms for telehealth sessions, including setting up technology and troubleshooting technical issues
Provide virtual monitoring and support to clients during telehealth sessions, ensuring their safety and well-being
Collaborate with counselors and other members of the treatment team to coordinate care and support clients' treatment goals
Maintain accurate and confidential client records, documenting all interactions and progress notes
Participate in team meetings and case conferences to discuss client cases and treatment plans
Provide support and assistance to counselors as needed, including helping with administrative tasks and other duties as assigned

Pay: $40,000-60,000

Schedule: Full time
