3-5 years of experience in Physical Therapy Accounts Receivable., Familiarity with EMR systems such as A2C, Prompt, Webpt/Therabill, Patient Studio, and Theraoffice., Strong understanding of insurance regulations and billing processes., Excellent problem-solving and strategic planning skills..
Key responsabilities:
Manage a team to ensure billing accuracy and efficiency.
Monitor performance by tracking production and collection targets weekly.
Investigate trends with insurance carriers and implement solutions.
Submit monthly reports to the CEO/Owner and contribute to meetings for optimizing collections.
