Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist (SMS Focus)
Location:
Remote (EST Time Zone)
Salary Range:
up to 1500 USD + commission

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:

As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a critical role in identifying and qualifying potential leads, primarily through SMS and written communication. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can engage prospects effectively, handle objections with professionalism, and ensure a steady pipeline of high-quality leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound SMS campaigns to engage potential leads in the real estate industry.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and document detailed notes in the CRM.
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups via text to nurture leads and drive conversions.
  • Build rapport with clients by demonstrating empathy, especially regarding foreclosure situations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging and improve lead conversion rates.


Qualifications:

  • Strong written English communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in lead generation, outbound sales, or SMS-based outreach (real estate experience is a bonus).
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain resilience in high-pressure situations.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Knowledge of real estate, particularly foreclosures or distressed property sales.
  • Experience with lead management systems and outbound messaging platforms.
